Marquette, MI – August 28, 2024 – The new academic year has begun at Northern Michigan University, and on our latest Wildcat Wednesday interview we heard about it from NMU President Dr. Brock Tessman.
President Tessman spoke about the new semester with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Tessman talked about the excitement of the new students arriving on campus as well as the current enrollment trends and some of the building projects on campus.
He also discussed the issue of free speech and academics on campus in light of some recent events related to protests on other college campuses around the country.
