HarborFest Bringing The Music And More To Marquette!

Marquette, MIAugust 20, 2024Marquette West Rotary’s HarborFest is getting set for another year in Marquette and will feature another great weekend of music!

HarborFest Music Coordinator Jim LaJoie and Festival Coordinator Bryan Lopac spoke about the event’s musical lineup and more with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

LaJoie said HarborFest is happening later this week at Mattson Lower Harbor Park and features a wide mix of musical acts ranging from classical music to classic rock.

The lineup for the weekend is as follows:

THURSDAY, AUGUST 22

7:00-8:30 pm – Marquette Symphony Summer Strings

FRIDAY, AUGUST 23

4:30 – 6:00 pm – Luke Ogea

6:45 – 8:15 pm – Diversion

9:00 – 11:00 pm – Hypnotized (Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band)

SATURDAY, AUGUST 24

1:30 – 2:15 pm – NMU Marching Band

3:00 – 4:15 pm – Charlie Reager Acoustic

4:45 – 6:15 pm – The Reveal

6:45 – 8:15 pm – Tom Katalin & Highway 41

9:00 – 11:00 pm – Urgent (Foreigner Tribute Band)

Lopac explained that HarborFest is the primary fundraiser for the Marquette West Rotary Foundation, which funds programs and groups in the county with grants from the monies raised during the event.
