Marquette, MI – August 5, 2024 – The Lake Superior Community Partnership has a series of events coming up this month, and we heard a full update from CEO Christopher Germain.
Germain shared the update today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Germain talked about their upcoming Business After Hours with the Noquemanon Trail Network on Wednesday, August 14th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at newly updated NTN Trails South Trails Pavilion. Germain said the LSCP will be unveiling the economic impact of trails on our community during the event.
He also talked about the Ribbon Cutting coming up at their West End Office coming up on Wednesday, August 21st and a special Partnership Engagement Event “Grill & Chill” at Miner’s Park in Negaunee. Please RSVP at Marquette.org.
Germain also shared his thoughts on the recent Michigan Supreme Court ruling that is impacting minimum wages and paid leave time in the state.
