Marquette, MI – June 24, 2024 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting coming up tonight.
Commissioners will be voting on a proposal from local developer Veridea Group to build a 26-unit condominium subdivision in a portion of South Marquette.
City Manager Karen Kovacs discussed the proposed project with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Kovacs explained the planned development is located at 3100 M-553, or South McClellan Avenue at the intersection of Division Street and will be known as Hemlock Park.
The meeting begins at 6:00pm at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
