Marquette, MI – June 18, 2024 – The first Downtown Marquette Wednesday Evening Farmers Market of the season is tomorrow evening.
Shier said the market runs from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on the 100 block of West Washington Street and features vendors from across the community.
He added that the 100 block of West Washington Street will be closed tomorrow at 3:00pm for set up of the market and will be re-opened at 9:00pm.
Shier also reminded people that the Downtown Marquette Social District will be active during this time and extend into the street to offer market visitors the chance to shop with an alcoholic beverage purchased from a participating downtown business.
