Marquette, MI – June 13, 2024 – The Marquette Area Blues Society presents an evening of great music with Wisconsin’s own ‘The Jimmys’ this Friday night at the Ore Dock Brewing Co. in Marquette.
Blues Society President Mark Hamari spoke about the show today with Mark & Walt in The Morning.
Hamari said The Jimmys are an award-winning, high energy, 7-piece funky blues band with a 3-piece horn section, keyboards and a great mix of songs to dance to all night.
They are veteran of several visits to the Marquette Area Blues Fest and are always a crowd favorite.
He added the doors open at the Ore Dock Brewing Co. 6:00pm and the music will start at 7:00. It’s an all-ages show, and a $10.00 suggested donation will be taken at the door.
