Marquette, MI – June 10, 2024 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting coming up tonight.
Commissioners will be hearing an update on the city’s Cultural Trail Project that runs along the Lake Superior shoreline.
Marquette City Manager Karen Kovacs spoke about the meeting today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Kovacs said Commissioners will also be voting on awarding the contract for architectural services to design the plans for the former Chamber of Commerce building at Father Marquette Park to be renovated into the Marquette Cultural Center and the trailhead for the Cultural Trail.
The meeting begins at 6:00pm at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
