Marquette, MI – June 5, 2024 – The Marquette Rockestra presents the “Michigan Rocks” benefit concerts this week at NMU’s Forest Roberts Theatre in Marquette.
Organizer Dan Truckey spoke about the shows with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Truckey said the shows feature some of the area’s top musicians covering a variety of songs from Michigan-based musical artists from many genres.
He added that the proceeds raised at this year’s concerts will benefit Music for All Kids, which brings music of all types to children in the community.
Showtime is 7:30pm tomorrow and Friday and tickets can be purchased at the door and through all Northern Michigan University ticketing outlets.
