Marquette, MI – May 13, 2024 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting coming up this evening.
City Manager Karen Kovacs spoke about the meeting’s agenda items with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Kovacs said Commissioners will be holding a public hearing on a request to rezone a property located 600 W. Spring Street for the building of a mid-income housing development by Habitat for Humanity.
She added the Commission will also be voting on accepting a draft of the city’s Community Master Plan and opening it up for a 63-day public comment period.
The meeting begins at 6:00 o’clock at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
