Marquette, MI – December 18, 2023 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting coming up this evening. The meeting is being held tonight due to the Christmas holiday falling on next Monday.
Kovacs said the Commission will be hearing updates from the City’s Election Board and from the Marquette Area Sister Cities Partnership.
The Commission will also be voting on awarding a contract to a firm to design and install eight interpretive sites along the City’s Cultural trail that runs adjacent to Lake Superior.
The meeting begins at 6:00pm at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
