Marquette, MI – September 25, 2023 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting coming up this evening. There are three public hearings scheduled at the meeting, including one on the city’s proposed operating budget for next year.
Kovacs outlined what the public hearings are about and what will be discussed.
She added that Commissioners will be voting on labor agreements with several city departments and they will be making some adjustments to the current city budget for the end of the fiscal year.
The meeting begins at 6:00 o’clock at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
