Marquette, MI – September 8, 2023 – The Michigan Department of Transportation is getting the word out about the planned construction of a roundabout at the M-28/US-41/Lakeshore Drive intersection in Ishpeming.
Weingarten shared a full update on the $6.4 million project to build the roundabout, saying preliminary activity has begun and the major construction will begin in the spring and will continue through next construction season.
He added that the expected completion date is in October of 2024.
