Marquette, MI – July 10, 2023 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting this evening where Commissioners will be holding a public hearing on a proposed development project near the Hawley Sports Complex in north Marquette.
Marquette City Manager Karen Kovacs spoke about the hearing today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Kovacs said the project is known as Shophouse Park would include a series of buildings for living and working and workspaces for research and development of outdoor recreation technology.
The meeting begins at 6:00pm at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
