Marquette, MI – June 21, 2023 – A special concert event to benefit the Trillium House in Marquette is coming up at the Strega Nonna restaurant in Negaunee.
Rachel Grossman said the evening features a performance by singer/songwriter Carsie Blanton and her band along with a special antipasti and dessert buffet.
She said the doors will open at 6:00pm with the buffet for guests to enjoy before finding a spot on the patio for the concert, which will start at 7:00pm. There will be a dessert buffet set up during set break, and then the show will resume.
Dr. Mike, who has been involved with hospice care for decades, explained that proceeds raised will go to the Trillium House, the hospice house in Marquette. He also shared some of his history with hospice care and his thoughts on it’s benefits.
