Marquette, MI – May 26, 2023 – The Marquette Rockestra returns June 1st with a special concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s, “The Dark Side Of The Moon” and more.
Rockestra guitarist Dave Stensaas spoke about the show this week with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Stensaas said that the “one-night only” concert will feature over thirty local musicians from the Marquette area to perform the Pink Floyd classic album in it’s entirety along with a series of pop and rock favorites from 1973.
The concert is a fundraiser for the United Way of Marquette County and will be held at Kaufman Auditorium in Marquette on Thursday, June 1st at 7:30 p.m.
Stensaas said tickets are selling fast and are available from nmu.universitytickets.com or can be purchased at all NMU ticket outlets.
Ticket prices are Adults – $20; Under 18 – $10.
