Marquette, MI – May 4, 2023 – The Superior Health Foundation awarded over $155,000 in health-centered grant funds to a dozen non-profit groups this week at its Spring Grants Celebration.
LaJoie explained that on Tuesday, the Foundation awarded $102,000 in spring grants, $35,000 in indigent care grants and $18,000 in pilot-project and equipment grants.
He added that this latest round of grants is part of over $5.5 million in grants awarded by the Foundation to health-centered, non-profits in the U.P. over the past 11 years.
