Marquette, MI – March 30, 2023 – The Michigan Supreme Court has unveiled MI-RESOLVE FAMILY SYSTEM, a free, online platform to help families throughout the state resolve parenting time and other domestic relations matters typically filed in circuit courts.
Clement explained where the idea for the system came form and what the goals are.
She said each of the MSC’s 16 Community Dispute Resolution Program centers will administer the system in their respective regions.
Clement added that interested parents can call their local Community Dispute Resolution Center or their Friend of the Court if they would like to explore using the new system to resolve their dispute.
