Marquette, MI – March 22, 2023 – On our latest Wildcat Wednesday, we heard about the Student Leader Fellowship Program at Northern Michigan University.
Maillard explained that the Student Leader Fellowship Program is a two-year, nationally recognized leadership program.
He said it focuses on developing competent, ethical, and community-centered leaders, and gives student fellows with a series of unique experiences.
Some of the program’s highlights include a fall retreat, a two-credit leadership class, a community mentor, a Community Service Internship and a thorough workshop series.
Rinkel shared her experiences as a 2nd-year student fellow and why she is involved in the program.
