Marquette, MI – February 10, 2023 – The Marquette City Band is presenting their Winter Concert, their first concert of 2023, this Sunday at 3:00pm at Kaufman Auditorium.
Grugin shared some of the musical pieces that will be performed, including a new composition that will feature Zimmerman as soloist.
Zimmerman talked about the opportunity to come out of retirement to perform on the Kaufman Auditorium grand piano on the recently composed work.
The concert open to all and free of charge, and will be followed by a reception immediately afterward.
