Marquette, MI – February 8, 2023 – Northern Michigan University is hosting GenCyber Summer Camp 2023 in July, and we heard more details about it today in Wildcat Wednesday.
Doug Miller, Director of the Upper Peninsula Cybersecurity Institute at NMU, and Chris Standerford, Director of the Seaborg Math & Science Center at NMU, stopped in with details on this free camp and how to apply.
They spoke about what is being offered in the camp sessions and what the goal of the camp is.
High School students are invited to apply for this free academic, two-week residential camp on campus where attendees will explore cybersecurity topics in a virtual setting and learn the fundamentals of cybersecurity.
