Marquette, MI – February 7, 2023 – Woodland Sky Native American Dance Company makes a return visit this weekend for two performances at Northern Michigan University’s Forest Roberts Theatre.
Grundstrom said there has been a call for Woodland Sky to come back to the Forest Roberts Theatre stage since a pre-pandemic sold out performance, and they will be back this Saturday, February 11th for shows at 1:00pm and 7:30pm.
Reed shared some details of what will be part of the performance, explaining that it features Native American dancers from the Great Lakes region telling historic tales and stories through traditional native songs and dances.
Tickets for the performances are selling fast, and they can be purchased at all NMU ticket outlets and through the NMU Tickets website.
