Marquette, MI – October 25, 2022 – The Negaunee Public School District is getting ready to officially open their new practice facility for use.
Skewis said the district plans to have the Grand Opening of the facility, located adjacent to Miner Stadium, on Monday, November 7th.
He explained that the facility will primarily be used by student-athletes and the marching band, but it will also be available to the public to rent. It will provide tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a walking area.
Skewis added that the facility will be open for public rental to residents within the Negaunee school district only, and rental information will be released soon.
