Marquette, MI – August 22, 2022 – The Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for this year’s GINCC Business & Community Awards.
Hendrickson explained that the categories are: Business Person of the Year, Business of the Year, Organization of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Businesses and organizations must be GINCC members, while the Volunteer of the Year can be anyone in the community who has made an impact on their community.
He added that GINCC will be accepting nominations up until September 9th.
Hendrickson also said that the GINCC Board of Directors is on the search for some new members to fill some upcoming vacancies, and said there’s a new member of the GINCC office staff as well.
