Marquette, MI – August 12, 2022 – The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Is holding their annual Ride for the Jacobetti Home for Veterans tomorrow across Marquette County.
Cookieman said the ride is held annually to raise funds to directly benefit the veteran members of the home.
Tomorrow, they will be making a donation of more than $7,500 at 1 p.m. at the home at 425 Fisher Street in Marquette.
Cookie added that club members are hosting a breakfast buffet for the public from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. provided by the Sons of the Legion and a 50/50 raffle prior to departing the Little Lake American Legion Post #349 by police escort at 12 p.m.
The riders will travel directly to the Jacobetti Home for the check presentation before returning to the post at 6:00 p.m. for a BBQ.
All proceeds from the ride and 50/50 raffle will be donated to the home.
