
Marquette, MI – July 21, 2022 – Melody Wagner of Forsyth Township is running as a Republican for the 109th Michigan House District seat. The seat is open due to current Representative Sara Cambensy, a Marquette Democrat, being term-limited out.
Wagner spoke about her campaign today on Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Wagner is running against fellow Republican Ron Gray of Marquette on the Republican August primary ballot.
Forsyth Township Supervisor Joe Boogren and Marquette City Commissioner Jenn Hill are competing in the Democratic primary.
Recently redrawn lines for the 109th district include all of Marquette, Alger and Baraga Counties, as well as the eastern portion of Dickinson County.
