Marquette, MI – July 18, 2022 – The United Way of Marquette County is hosting an event later today in Marquette to officially launch a special fundraising hockey game planned for this fall.
Rickauer said tonight’s event is at 6:00 o’clock at Blackrocks Brewery and will announce the roster of the Yoopers United Hockey team that will face off against the Detroit Red Wings Alumni team.
He explained that the Yoopers United team is made up of area hockey players who will face off against the Red Wings alumni at the Berry Events Center on Saturday, Sept. 17th.
