Marquette, MI – May 27, 2022 – Earlier this week, Mark Evans had a chance to sit down with Dawn Evans from Perform4Life and introduce Caro Els, the newest member of the P4L team.
Els spoke about her specialty and more with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Caro is a recent graduate of NMU and will serve as P4L’s Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Sports Performance Coach working with people from everything from improving their Golf Swing to better movement in every day life.
While at NMU, Caro worked with many collegiate athletes and she discussed the opportunities available by reaching out to her.
As one sports season ends, and another begins in the fall, Caro would be a great addition to your athletes regiment this Summer!
