Marquette, MI – May 27, 2022 – A special evening of grilling out and camaraderie to benefit the Mariucci Family Beacon House is coming up next month in Marquette.
Beacon House CEO Mary Dowling spoke about the event today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Dowling said the Grill & Chill features Steve Mariucci facing off with Tom Izzo and local celebrity chefs Scott Sult of New York Deli and CEC Tom Wahlstrom of Elizabeth’s Chop House for an all out grilling competition.
The evening’s events get going at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 23rd at the Beacon House.
She explained that attendees will be able to to vote for their favorite grilling chef, and each chef will also draw from their votes to award their 4 brand new gas grills to 4 lucky attendees!
Dowling says only 200 tickets will be sold to keep the evening fun and cozy and give everyone a great opportunity to visit with Mooch, Izzo and each other.
