Marquette, MI – May 4, 2022 – Upper Peninsula Health Plan is launching their HealthyHer Campaign to promote women’s health.
Prusi explained the HealthyHer Campaign coincides with National Women’s Health Week, which starts on Mother’s Day each year, so this year it begins on May 8th.
She added that UPHP is currently working on a project to improve asthma control among their members, saying that women are more likely than men to have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder and Asthma.
Prusi shared some good advice for women who are trying to improve their lung health, and how they can find out more information through the Upper Peninsula Health Plan website.
