Marquette, MI – March 21, 2022 – State Senator Ed McBroom checked in today with a legislative update and he shared his thoughts about his call for increased transparency in state government and his legislation addressing certain commercial fishing regulatory issues.
McBroom spoke about those topics with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
McBroom highlighted the main points of his commercial fishing reform legislation that was recently signed into law by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and why he put the bill forward for consideration.
He also talked about joining State Senator Jeremy Moss in renewing the call for swift passage of their legislation to shine more light on state government and increasing transparency.
