Marquette, MI – February 18, 2022 – Efforts launched last year by the Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority to ramp up recycling are having success into 2022.
Austin said public awareness about recycling options in the county though RECYCLE 906 and increased curbside pick up has resulted in more people recycling in Marquette County than ever before.
He added that as people start to think about spring cleaning, the RECYCLE 906 website has a wealth of information to use to decide how to dispose of items and get them recycled and not just dropped in the trash bin.
