Pigs N’ Heat Charity Hockey Game Coming Back This Year In Marquette

Marquette, MI – January 31, 2022 – Organizers say the popular Pigs N’ Heat charity hockey game is making it’s return this year in Marquette.

Marquette Fire Department Battalion Chief Jeff Haile and Lieutenant Brett Beaudry shared the details about the game with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

They said that the game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 9th at 6:30 p.m. at Lakeview Arena.

Haile said the game features teams made up of Marquette County law enforcement and firefighters and raises funds for the Marquette County Fire Relief Fund.

Beaudry said the game was not held last year due to COVID and as a result, organizers say the fund is running low.

Tickets are available now from police and firefighters around the county.
