Marquette, MI – October 20, 2021 – Michigan Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist stopped in for a quick update today during a tour across the U.P.
Gilchrist said he was doing the tour to highlight some of the successes of the Thriving Cities efforts that were initiated in 2019 as a follow-up, but also to look ahead for new ideas and solutions.
He also shared his thoughts on the recently passed budget in Lansing and what is in it to help businesses, communities and individuals adapt and overcome the challenges of COVID-19.
