Marquette, MI – September 10, 2021 – A celebration of the arts is happening this weekend in Marquette with events planned for Art on the Mountain. It runs tomorrow from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at Marquette Mountain.
Morin said the event was organized as a result of the annual Art on the Rocks event being cancelled this summer due to the pandemic. Activities include an art fair, youth art activities, an art auction and live music.
She also added that the weekend then wraps up with the City of Marquette Annual Art Awards on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the Marquette Mountain lodge.
