U.P. Regional Blood Center Has Critical Need For All Blood Types

Marquette, MI – August 27, 2021 – The U.P. Regional Blood Center is currently experiencing a critical need for all blood types.

Rachel Heath, Coordinator of Blood Collections at the UPRBC, spoke about the need with Mark & Walt in the Morning today.

She explained that the Blood Center has collection sites in Marquette, Hancock, Escanaba, and Iron Mountain and is the primary supplier of blood to 13 UP hospitals.
