Marquette, MI – August 24, 2021 – The United Way of Marquette County has named their co-chairs for this year’s annual fundraising campaign, Melissa Holmquist and Amy Quinn.
Melissa Holmquist is the CEO of Upper Peninsula Health Plan, and returns for a second year as co-chair. Quinn is the CEO of Grow & Lead, a community-based organization working with nonprofits.
Quinn said the United Way of Marquette County’s annual campaign raises funds for over 30 member agencies across the county.
Holmquist explained that this year’s campaign kick offs on August 30th, and a campaign goal has been set at $400,000.
