GINCC Children’s Carnival Returns Wednesday In West Ishpeming

Marquette, MI – June 14, 2021 – The Annual Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce Children’s Carnival is coming up this Wednesday evening in the country Village in Ishpeming.

GINCC Executive Director Bob Hendrickson spoke about the event and about a need for volunteers at several area events planned for the summer with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Hendrickson said the Children’s Carnival runs from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the River Rock Lanes & Banquet Center parking lot, with a rain date of June 17th.

He also talked about a series of summer time events planned in Western Marquette County and how there is a need for volunteers, adding that the GINCC office can direct those interested in getting involved to the groups who need some help.
