Senator Ed McBroom Weighs In On COVID Mask Use Mandate Changes

Marquette, MI – May 17, 2021 – State Senator Ed McBroom joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today for a legislative update and shared his thoughts on the changes to the mask use guidelines.

McBroom spoke about the recent changes announced late last week by Centers for Disease Control and how it has impacted Michigan.

The Dickinson County Republican said the next several days will be somewhat of a work in progress as businesses around Michigan adapt their policies to reflect the new guidelines.

McBroom said the best thing to do for the time being is to follow the rules for mask usage posted by individual businesses for their establishments, get the vaccine, wash your hands and move forward.
