Marquette, MI – February 15, 2021 – The National Weather Service office in Negaunee Township says there is a Wind Chill Advisory posted for the central U.P. until 11:00 o’clock this morning. Very cold wind chills are happening this morning around the region, with some as low as 35 below well inland.
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Use caution if you are heading outside, and be sure to wear appropriate clothing.
