Negaunee Schools Superintendent Dan Skewis Recaps Year Before Holiday Break

Marquette, MI – December 22, 2020 – The Negaunee Public Schools have wrapped up classes for the calendar year, and Superintendent Dan Skewis joined Mark & Walt in the Morning with a recap.

Skewis talked about the state’s executive orders recently being modified allowed high school classes to meet in person and how the district reacted.

He also shared his thoughts on the resuming of the high school football playoffs by the Michigan High School Athletic Association and the upcoming Negaunee Miner football game on Saturday, January 2nd.

Skewis also reminded parents that testing is not going to be held for this term for high school students, and why that decision was made.
