There’s Still Time To Give To The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter’s Holiday Fundraiser

Marquette, MI – December 8, 2020 – You can still  take part in the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter’s community-based “Home For The Holidays Kennel Lock-Up” fundraiser and help bail out Walt!

UPAWS’ Amber Talo joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today to talk about raising funds to make bail for several community members, including mediaBrew’s very own Walt Lindala.

Talo says that participants have agreed to get locked up in the UPAWS kennels this Thursday, unless they can raise enough donations to make their bail.

The fundraiser is looking to raise $10,000 that will go directly into the operation of the shelter.
