Marquette, MI – November 17, 2020 – The NICE Community Schools are adapting to the latest round of coronavirus guidelines from the state, and we heard an update today from District Superintendent Bryan DeAugustine.
DeAugustine says the district is going to remote learning for grades 9-12 tomorrow in accordance with the state restrictions, but will continue in-person classes for Pre-K through 8th grade.
He added that as the pandemic continues to evolve, so will the NICE Community Schools’ policy decisions.
DeAugustine mentioned that he continues to be impressed with the resiliency of the students and hopes that full in-person learning is restored soon across the district.
