Active Physical Therapy’s Ryan Lowery With Tips To Prevent Snow Shoveling Injuries

Marquette, MI – November 17, 2020 – Snow shoveling is very common in our area and so are related injuries.  Active Physical Therapy’s Ryan Lowery joined Mark & Walt in the Morning this week to talk about those injuries and how to prevent them.

Lowery, a licensed Athletic Trainer with Active, explained the prevalence of injuries related to snow shoveling and what some of the most common ones are.

He also talked about some good preventative tips to follow to reduce the chances of hurting yourself while you go out this winter and tackle the inevitable snowbanks.
