Marquette, MI – November 5, 2020 – Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marquette & Alger Counties are teaming up this Saturday with Goodwill in Marquette for a special promotion.
Executive Director Jayne Letts joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today to talk about the Round Up event that will help raise funds for the agency.
Letts explained that for the day, customers shopping at the Goodwill store at 3125 US-41 can “round up” their purchase prices with the extra money going to Big Brother/Big Sisters.
There will also be information about Big Brothers/Big Sisters available at the store to find out more about their programs and how you can get involved.
Letts also talked about their “Beyond School Walls” virtual mentoring program and how to sign up Littles between the ages of 10 and 12 for this online opportunity.
