Hear From Clair MacGregor of Campfire CoWorks Talk About Their Space Available for Collaboration and Business

Marquette, MI – February 23rd, 2020 – Claire MacGregor, the Operations Manager at Campfire CoWorks came on the 8th Day to talk about the work and space they provide for their members and an upcoming open house event.

Previously known as Ampersand Coworking, Campfire CoWorks in a coworking space with everything from private office space to communal desk areas where you can collaborate with members of their community to work on your projects or small business.  They also have free WiFi and coffee for members.  Memberships start for as little as $25 a month.

Coworking spaces like this are typically used for workers who work remotely or small businesses that are just starting out.  This is a great outlet to meet people in different areas of the work force, from artists, business professionals, accountants, tech experts, and even some non profit organizations.

The team at Campfire CoWorks can help you get the word out about your business, they have a Graphic Designer to work with and a social media presence online.  There’s even a commons area where you can watch the big game with a group of you friends on a big screen TV.

They even offer a mailing address for you if you have a small business that needs a mailing address outside of your home, they will receive, sort, and hold your mail for you to pick up.  Members will have 24/7 access to this safe and secure building.

Their goal and vision is to create a space for business and creativity to come together and get work done.  With an open, thought-provoking building, their goal is to provide a space to get work done, and have fun while doing it.

March 7th 4-6pm Summon Spring is an event for people of all ages to try and break out of that Cabin Fever funk with an event full of all things Green.  Green art, green food, a dramatic reading of Green Eggs and Ham.  They also are partnering with Escape Marquette who will be putting together an “escape winter” themed puzzle to solve.  Admission and refreshments are free, and it’s all at Campfire CoWorks in the Masonic Lodge on Washington St in Marquette.
