Manistique, Michigan – Larry Thomas of the City of Manistque Recreation Department talked to Todd Pazz on the 8th Day last week about the 12th Annual SnoFest. Benefiting the Manistique Recreation Department, this annual event to relieve cabin fever combines ice fishing, a Frosty 5k Run/Walk, Free Skating at Little Bear West Arena, and a Little Jiggers Fishing Derby, and is sponsored by Manistique Kiwanis and YETI Key Club. Over 100 fishing people were expected to participate, and over 100 ice fishing holes were expected to be drilled.
