Pastor Travis Ryan Talks about The North Iron Church during Pandemic

ISHPEMING, Michigan – July 12, 2020 – Pastor Travis Ryan joined Todd Pazz to discuss how the North Iron Church has been coping with Pandemic.  Online streaming and parking lot speakers and public address systems are technologies the church has used to continue serving its congregation and community in these challenging times.

The church’s mission and its expansion into L’anse Campus and the Westwood Mall in Marquette, as well as the zoning and construction hurdles during a pandemic, were also discussed.  The church now has a media page with a Facebook Live, a YouTube channel, and a Chat Page to make sure even if parishioners can’t attend in person or at the time of the services, they can catch up and commune with other members.

The atmosphere and welcoming nature of the church was emphasized, including:

• We will not ask you to wear a name tag or stand up in front of the church.
• Our gatherings last for about 60 minutes.

Currently, Sunday services re-opened only at the Ishpeming Campus at 10 & 11:15 AM.
