Marquette, Michigan – October 6, 2014 – Most of us drive past Stone Reflections every day on our daily commutes. Located just off US 41 on Pond Road in Negaunee, it’s hard to miss the largest selection of granite slabs in the Upper Peninsula.
I spoke with Katy Masuga about the history of Stone Reflections and the importance of customer satisfaction.
Katy told me Stone Reflections started in 2007 when her husband, Todd, was working for his dad at Champion Glass. At the time, they were purchasing materials from a Green Bay fabricator and Todd recognized the need for a local granite business.
By 2008, Katy and Todd added onto their building to accommodate larger (and faster) fabricating equipment and in 2012, they bought out their partner. Since then, Stone Reflections has grown significantly.
Katy explained that she and her husband are hands-on in every aspect of their business and they see that each customer’s expectations are met or exceeded. From your first contact with Stone Reflections, Todd and Katy will be there through the entire process to help you select products, go over estimates, designs, and through installation. Todd even goes out on 95% of the installs.
Katy and Todd take great pride in the level of service they provide to their customers, the quality of their craftsmanship, and the way they care about their customers and the end result. Katy said, “If it’s not good enough to go in our house, it’s not good enough to go in someone else’s.”
