Munising, MI – July 3, 2013 – The whole U.S.–and Michigan included–may not have scored high on the yearly report card released by the American Society of Civil Engineers measuring the safety of our bridges.
But Munising is officially taking exception to that rule.
The construction on bridge Anna along M-28 in Munising is done. It is now carrying traffic both ways.
It has been completely revamped, with a new bridge floor, new cement, and new guy rails.
The improvements look and feel great, but most importantly, they make the bridge safe for M-28 travelers.
