Marquette, Mich. – August 26th, 2023 –
The Marquette West Rotary Club hosted an absolutely epic 2023 HarborFest this year. The final day of festivities proved to be as energized as a livewire. Making up this good time were the NMU Marching Band, local rockers, as well as some awesome regional talent. These bands really brought it home.
In order, the bands that played the epic rock and roll were:
- Iron Daisy Acoustic
- The Reveal
- Uncle Ugly
- Detroit Rock City Kiss Tribute Band
The weather couldn’t have been nicer for the last day of 2023’s Harborfest. We were treated to some fall-like weather featuring a beautiful sunset that dipped below the horizon as the Detroit Rock City Kiss Tribute Band began their fantastic set. The whole night made for a perfect end to our U.P. summer. Patrons were on their feet dancing and rocking out to the jams. People of all ages enjoyed the good times and rock and roll. Thanks to every one of you who came out and danced, sang, and just came together for the great cause that Marquette West Rotary hosted. A big thank you goes out to all volunteers, vendors, and awesome musicians who made it happen. Of course, another big thank you goes out to the Marquette West Rotary Club and all of their sponsors. We already can’t wait for next year’s HarborFest!
